SandFest 2025 Registration

Notes about registration

Primary Attendee Fee: $120
Includes Field Trip and Symposium books, a donation to the venue, event insurance, field trip insurance, and a bag of useful sand collector goodies.

Spouse/Partner Fee: $60
Spouse/partner will not receive the books and the fee includes a reduced payment towards insurance and to the venue. The bag of goodies may also differ from primary attendee’s.

Virtual Attendance Fee: $85
Includes Field Trip and Symposium books, a donation to the venue, event insurance, a bag of useful sand collector goodies, Zoom links, and sand from the trading tables.

Optional Donation
Any amount you add to your registration fee as a donation will be used to purchase snacks and drinks and other useful items during the event.  Even $10 helps. A donation receipt for tax purposes will be supplied upon request.
